The Organization is running 80 bedded orphanage Boys Hostel Kishtwar constructed by Army under "Operation Sadhbhavana".Presently 50 inmates Militancy effected children are getting free boarding, lodging, education & medical facilities in Ashiana on its own resources i.e., Donation & Member's contribution. Our organization is thankful to Lt. Col. Parminder Singh for donating Rs.25,000/-, Wazir Lakhpat Rai Charitable Trust Jammu, 9 Sector Kishtwar and its unit, Dul Husti Power Station, Kishtwar(NHPC), S.B.I Kishtwar, Kashmir Times, Greater Kashmir, UJMA, Udhan, Dogra News & Local Donors Ajeet Kumar Wazir, Ved Prakash Gupta, Susheel Kumar Gupta, Vijay Kumar Gupta, Narinder Kumar, Jaswant & Brothers, Pradeep Koul, Impact Coaching Centre, Megamind Coaching Centre & Sky Cable. management is highly thankful to Mr. R. K Shavan(KAS) ACR Kishtwar & P N Koul Executive Engineer for Serving Breakfast, Lunch & Clothing to the inmates of the Ashiana on some ocassion.

Lt. Gen J.P Nehra, AVSM, General Officer Commanding 16 Corps visited Ashiana Orphanage on 18-03-2011 along with Mrs. Nehra, Maj. Gen. Gurmeet Singh, VSM, GOC Delta Force & Brig. S S Prasad, VSM, Commander 9 Sector RR Kishtwar. The General Officer donated Rs.25,000/- and distributed books and stationary and sweets to the inmates of Ashiana. The Army General lauded the working of SRCO.

Mrs. Sarla Mehta w/o Late Shri Om Mehta former Union Home Misnister along with his son Rajesh Mehta and son-in-law Mr. Neeraj Shekhar s/o of Late Chandra Shekhar former Prime Minister of India visited Ashiana Orphanage and interacted with Ashiana inmates.
