A family counselling centre is functioning at Kishtwar in which proper guidance is being provided to the victims of domestic violence. The cases are being settled through counselling, compromise, negotiations and conciliations. The programme is sponsored by Central Social Welfare Board through J&K State Social Welfare Board.
